Role Description

Job Purpose

  • Meet key performance parameters for TL operations and health like volume damage per MT, commercials, CAPEX purchases, safety & operations at TL, Dispatch accuracy, and coordinate with other vendors.
  • DDD stock analysis and liquidation in a timely manner
  • Annual Planning activities for all Transshipment Locations
  • DDD Stock tracking and reduction with coordination every month for all TLs
  • Capex Proposal preparation and execution in a timely manner and Monthly tracker to be shared
  • Overhead Monthly review and status with utilization tracking
  • Collation of Safety tracker from TLs and timely report to CQS
  • Identification and liquidation of old assets and monthly tracking and circulation of reports to Manager, Snr manager, and Unit heads
  • Complete APQS self-assessment twice a year
  • Assist Central Coordinator in Annual activities like Overhead planning, Capex Planning, and Capacity planning
  • Ensure zero Financial and Statutory noncompliance in all TLs on a monthly basis
  • Work on officer development projects assigned in the area of a new initiatives or systemic changes for warehouse stabilization and productivity improvement.
  • Volume damage per ton, Dispatch accuracy, Throughput, DDD stock level

Scope of Work

a) Financial Scope (Range of financial spend):

  • Assist Central Coordinator in TL related Capex proposal and procurement

b) People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports):

  • Coordinate with TL officers for timely closure of noncompliance and safety issues but no direct reportee

c) Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide)

  • All TLs (6)

d) Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub-function-wide / Other):

  • Ensure smooth Distribution fulfillment planning and execution for all TLs

Qualifications

  • Essential- Graduate in Science/commerce
