Compensation:

• Filipino Monthly salary range: 17k-20k with 13th-month pay & meal allowance 
• Other nationalities salary range can be negotiated

Requirements:

Requires English proficiency with international qualifications such as [ IELTS / FCE , TOEFL, or TESDA Customer Service NCII ] -1 year & up of proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative -Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening -Familiarity with CRM systems and practices -Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters -Excellent communication and presentation skills -Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
